We were recommended QECUK from our consultant to help us to achieve UKAS accredited certification to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2022 to demonstrate to our current and future Clients and Shoppers the importance we place on our Quality and Information Security.
After contacting QECUK with an aim to achieve UKAS accredited certification to ISO 9001 and 27001, we found them to be easy to talk to and professional in their quotation process and once signed up, an Auditor was scheduled in a timely manner. The auditor was well suited to our business and carried out the process in an efficient manner. After a successful the audit we were sent the Certification and Registration marks required to publicise our accreditation. The process of gaining accreditation has helped us to Formalise our business processes, allowing us manage areas for improvement and to reduce risk.
