Jaytee are accredited to ISO 17025 & ISO17034, both of which are supported by our ISO 9001 registration. We found ourselves looking for a new certification body at short notice, after our previous certification body let us down without warning. It was imperative that we maintained our ISO9001 certification, otherwise we were at risk of losing our other accreditations. We contacted QECUK following a recommendation as we needed support for our existing system and a visit at very short notice.
Initial discussion with Gavin at QECUK were great, not only was he knowledgeable about the certification process, but he also listened to our business needs which was a refreshing change for our previous certificate company. The audit itself was a great experience the auditor was friendly and conducted the visit with a collaborative approach, there were no surprises, and the findings were fair and constructive. The auditor’s approach was also excellent, he realised that we have a business to run and was happy to accommodate changes to the schedule as required. All in all, this has been one of the best certifications visits I’ve experienced in the last 23 years.
