Wider Plan Ltd are based in Worcestershire and offer employee benefits and administrative services. We contacted QECUK in the hope that they could offer a more cost effective service that we could switch to from our previous provider for continuing our ISO 9001:2015 certification. We also wanted to achieve UKAS accredited certification to ISO 27001:2013 to show our commitment to information security alongside our quality management system.
From first contact to present day QECUK have been professional, helpful and swift in their responses. The process from the quotation stage to our latest audit in December 2023 has been seamless and a pleasure. The operations manager and the auditor have been approachable and patient with nothing being too much trouble. Diarising audits, receiving reports and certificates has all gone very smoothly.
